I’ve worked with copywriters In the past and never felt that I got what I wanted. How would this service be different? Finding your throughline makes all the difference. This process starts with a focus on who you are and what makes you unique, then on your customer and what you really deliver to them. By keeping the focus on your customer, your copy becomes much more engaging, authentic and compelling.
I’m not clear on how we would actually work together? My job is to elicit information from you and give you formulas to follow as you start to write about your business and educate our reader. Then I’ll edit your copy; together we fine tune it. I could write all of it for you, but have found that it’s more authentic if your voice is included. The more you write yourself, the more confidently you can use the language as you move forward.
This is an expense I hadn’t considered. How can I justify the investment? You might feel you can’t afford a service like this. I know others have felt that way. What they’ve found is that the service and support become a wise investment because you develop a clear focus for your work and your message. It’s rather like having your own private boutique ad agency. The questions you answer and the steps you take are those any good agency would initiate when they take on your account. All the information is yours to use forever.
I worry about spending my money on a service like this when I don’t have much money coming right now. Our deepest fear when we start out in business is that we’ll go bankrupt if we increase our debt levels too much. How much time does the complete program take? You can set your own timetable and weekly schedule. If you want to develop your own copywriting skills and expand your business, there are homework assignments that take about an hour each to complete.
